JFK "MAN and PRESIDENT" part 2 of 2

This is a restored 8mm black & white film documenting the life of President John F. Kennedy. This was originally produced by Hearst Movietone shortly after the JFK assassination, and distributed by Movie Newsreels on silent 8mm reels for people to purchase for their personal home projection units. I came across this old reel and restored it as much as possible through a digital conversion process. Since this came from a silent 8mm film reel, I added my own music score to the film. The full duration of the film is slightly longer than 13 minutes. Due to the 10 minute time restrictions of YouTube, I have broken the file into 2 segments. This second segment documents moments and memories of the Kennedy First Family followed by news footage of public reactions to the Dallas assassination, the parking garage murder of Lee Harvey Oswald, The Kennedy funeral at St. Matthew's Church and closing with public graveside services. The digital conversion was performed using a Moviestuff WorkPrinter XP and captured through a Canon XL2. Image correction was done with Final Cut Pro and the music score was constructed using Smartsound Sonicfire Pro.
